Limited Warranty

Provided the ThermaSteel® products have been installed by All Rounder Systems, LLC, or properly installed by a contractor of the Customer’s choice, and not otherwise abused or misused, then We provide a one year replacement warranty for any defects in materials or manufacture. No other warranty, express or implied, applies. Our maximum liability, upon any theory of law or equity, will be the price paid to us for the products. All claims, arbitrations, or legal action, of any sort, must be filed within one year from the date the products are released to the Customer at the factory.
