We are a fully licensed and insured general contractor for projects located in the USVI. Co-founder Peter Sites has been building quality homes in the USVI for nearly 30 years and has also constructed homes in upstate New York and Colorado.

Our objective is to plan and execute your project with sensitivity to your design, the site, your budget and schedule. We reject “Island Time” as a serious explanation for delay. Your project will be done on time and on budget.
